My uncle decided to take me horseback one afternoon. I had been on a horse a few times but I always had someone to hold the rains and walk the horse for me. This time it was just me on the horse, and I was the one in charge. Well that's just what I thought. Everything was going good until I thought I was comfortable enough to trot with the horse and I must have kicked the old boy a little too hard. He took off running as fast as he could with me screaming for my life and holding on as tightly as I could. Finally my uncle got him to stop. I think it will be awhile before I get back onto another horse by myself.
